The fee for issuing a student ID card (or its duplicate) to students enrolled as of the 2019/2020 academic year (in accordance with the Directive of the Minister of Science and Higher Learning on university studies, dated 17 September 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1861 as amended) is PLN 22.00 for an original ELS (Electronic Student Identity Card) and PLN 33.00 for a duplicate.

Students enrolled as of the 2018/2019 academic year or earlier pay the previously required fee amounts (in accordance with the Directive of the Minister of Science and Higher Learning on university studies documentation, dated 16 September 2016 (Journal of Laws 2016 item 1554), i.e. PLN 17.00 for an original ELS and PLN 25.50 for a duplicate.

The ELS fee should be paid into a separate account at Bank Millenium S.A.:
